Recently, we took out a survey to see what people expect from a radio newscast. To get people aware of this survey, I let people know through a phone messaging app called 'Whatsapp'. This type of app was very useful as it was very quick and efficient and easy to broadcast messages to all my contacts all at once which saves a lot of time.
